Hotel Horizont - Baska Voda

the hotel location was perfect and magnificent close to city center. the staff was excellent and delivered terrific service.

The hotel was in a magnificent location right by mountains, the best resturant in Baska Voda called Matrioska, a very nice resturant with excellent food and staff, and the nearby beach bars for cocktails. Lucky that it was not too far away from Giraffe Stop, offering food to go.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

it was enough choice for dinner but not tasty enough. Breakfast was fine. Instead of a room with mountain view we got a room with view to the pool and it was very loud.

The hotel staff was flexible and excellent. We liked the standard double room which was elegant with seaview. Having a shower and hairdryers was a bonus. No reason to complain, the venue met expectations, would recommend it...

Great facility, clean, well equipped, nice staff.

Right in front of the hotel there is a beach disco with very loud music until at least 2 am at night. Not for the noise-sensitive. . . No salmon for breakfast.

i had booked a room with sea view, paid more for it and stared into a wall of the house. there was very loud music every evening, but it came from the beach bars. the parking lots were simply a catastrophe.

We had a very good stay at this classic hotel. The service was great, the breakfast was varied. Moreover, private parking on-site was appreciated.

The location of the hotel is really great, a minute to the beach. Pleasant atmosphere with very helpful and friendly staff.

Price is too high for the quality of accommodation.

Great location just a minute from the beach and a nice clean hotel overall. The pools was great, even if they seemed a bit older. Breakfast was varied and included freshly prepared eggs, though some of the options felt unusual. The staff throughout the hotel were very great.

The location, room, facilities and food were all of a high standard and we would be more than happy to return to the hotel should we ever want to come to Baska Voda again. We would also be happy to recommend the hotel to anyone we know.

My wife found the toilet flush in our room (228) difficult to operate and it would be nice to have free tap water available with the evening meal.

chairs on the beach should be free for hotel guest and towels should be allowed for taking them on the beach not only in the pool area.

The clean room with a partial sea view was a lovely bonus, and the breakfast was delicious. Just a heads up, the service at the pool could get a bit slow during busy times, but overall, it was a great experience 🌊

The cleaning lady was doing a good job. The location was closed to the beach.

The price is too much for the offered conditions. The furniture was very old and everything was chip. The people from reception was not nice and they tried to overcharge us with 300 euro. It was for my husband that noticed and they changed the bill with the correct booking value. But this delayed us with almost one hour. The breakfast was horible. The people was not nice and they closed the doors at 10.00 am. At 10.02 they were getting you out. So, having a little child and going to breakfast at 9.45 was not a good idea. For them everything was closing at 10.00 am sharp. So, I would not recommand this hotel if you want good services and a 4 star hotel. It is definetly not a 4 star hotel.
